(Louisville, Kentucky)—Covington by the Lake, a new Class A project featuring a 2.1-acre retail center and a multi-family residential complex, is under construction at 7397 Jefferson Blvd. in Louisville. The project is being developed by The Highgates Group and has 19,500 square feet of retail space available now for pre-leasing.
