(Louisville, Kentucky)—Covington by the Lake, a new Class A project featuring a 2.1-acre retail center and a multi-family residential complex, is under construction at 7397 Jefferson Blvd. in Louisville. The project is being developed by The Highgates Group and has 19,500 square feet of retail space available now for pre-leasing.

In addition to the retail space, the developer has a 264-unit apartment complex under construction at Covington by the Lake. The complex will feature 11 buildings with a club house and pool, garages and a pond. Completion date is scheduled for summer 2019.
