On May 14, we celebrated an important milestone for Highgates: the grand opening of Cedar Creek Apartments in Louisville, Kentucky.
Joined by partners, community members, and our dedicated team, the event marked the beginning of a new chapter for this growing neighborhood.
From breaking ground in October 2023 to welcoming our first residents this spring, Cedar Creek Flats has been years in the making. The result is a modern community designed with care, built to last, and created to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding area.
