NY Towers

The New York Towers is a $250 million four-tower condominium project. The NY Towers are located in the Sheppard and Bayview area in Toronto. “Our” Chrysler Building, which is destined to be a landmark, was the first tower built of our two 28-story towers and looks quite similar to that other Chrysler Building. Developers are calling them the Chrysler Towers.

The second two towers are smaller replicas of New York’s other famous pointed skyscraper, the Empire State Building. The four towers, designed by Kirkor Architects & Planners, sit on each corner of a raised podium made up of 36 two-story townhouses.
