Rothner Highgates Plans Completion Celebration for The Willard at Preston Crossing
(Louisville, Kentucky)—The Willard at Preston Crossing, a luxury South Louisville apartment development from Rothner Highgates, celebrated its completion with a reception for all of those who have been involved in the project, said Brent Hackworth, Rothner Highgates project manager. The event was held on Wednesday, August 29 at The Willard’s leasing office, 9500 Golders Green Circle in Louisville. Ground was broken in the fall of 2016 for the 150,000 square-foot, seven-building complex featuring 166 one to three bedroom luxury apartment homes, an onsite fitness center, splash park, dog stations and club house. The last building, which has 24 one-bedroom units, has been completed and residents are moving in. About half of the units are already leased in the seventh building, said Hackworth.
Those invited to attend the completion celebration included the locally based construction contractors and subcontractors, real estate agents, architects and engineers, along with legal and financial advisors. “All of us at Rothner Highgates want to show our appreciation in person and thank everyone who made the project possible,” said Waldman. “The Willard at Preston Crossing is a premier residential development and we’re all very proud of every aspect of the project.”
