Q2 2026 Development Updates

June 30, 2026

Southcliff Apartments

Southcliff transitioned from site preparation into vertical construction during the second quarter. Curbs, gravel base, asphalt, and final grading were completed throughout the initial development area, while the first building permits were secured. By June, footings were installed for the first two buildings, with work underway on Buildings 3 and 4, and the first building slab had been poured. Wall panels are now being installed, underground plumbing is progressing, and water meter and electrical installations are underway. With no current concerns, the team remains focused on advancing footings, slabs, utilities, and framing.

5604 Apartments

Construction at 5604 continued to advance across the site throughout the second quarter. Major utility milestones included the completion of most off-site work along Mount Washington Road and the installation and energizing of LG&E lines throughout the development. Buildings 2 and 5 moved deeper into interior finishes, while Buildings 6–8 progressed through exterior finishes, drywall, paint, cabinetry, flooring, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The leasing trailer is now operational as the project moves closer to welcoming its first residents. Water meter installation remains the primary item being monitored as construction and leasing preparations continue.

The Reserves at Parklands

The Reserves at Parklands made visible progress across both phases during the second quarter. In Phase 1, the water line was extended and connected at the development entrance, road-base installation advanced, and preparations began for utility crossovers, curbs, and paving. Phase 2 clearing was completed, followed by grading, utility trenching, and rock work in preparation for sanitary sewer installation. Grass is now established along the entry road, and the future building pads are becoming increasingly visible across the site. The team continues coordinating the entrance monument, off-site road improvements, utility relocations, and the Seatonville Road closure, which remains the primary timing consideration.
